He has worked across a range of industries and sectors including retail, financial services and telecommunications, and in a variety of roles from consulting, through to strategy and solution development. Most recently he has been responsible for developing new IT support models underpinned by data analytics, focusing on how these can deliver real improvements to customers’ businesses.
